Reader Question: How Many Sites, Niche Topics, Ect …
Mark, a reader here at my-affiliate-programs.com writes in with a question about choosing niches online, just how many sites I run and asks for tips on launching new sites.
Hello Brian,
I know the post I am commenting on is a little old, but I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the videos you are sharing on YouTube. To me, hearing from people who are successfully earning an income online is inspirational.
I am not new to making websites, but it is only now that I am starting to take it seriously as an income source. I have had some success with sites but the niches were poorly picked which resulted in little traffic and low CPC. Since I really need to change direction, I was wondering if you had some tips for someone starting from scratch today.
Also, I hope you don’t mind me asking but how many sites (roughly) do you operate in order to earn the money you do each month? Are they mainly niche mini sites?

Thanks for the video response. It is exactly what I was looking for to point me in the right direction.
Niche selection is what I was struggling with most because despite being a reasonable coder… I found it difficult to know what I should build a site about. Your post has really cleared things up for me.
I particularly appreciated the eBay keywords tip that you reiterated in this video. A great tool to help with niche selection that has the benefit of making your content ideally suited to the eBay affiliate program. I have some experience using the eBay API so I will definitely keep this tip in mind.
Thanks once again for taking the time to make this video, I do appreciate it.

Glad to help,
Get domains with the keywords - no dasher. Try for .net or .com
If you can not get those then go for the .org or .us.

thanks for your great infos. I have a question: you are talking about an .org domain you have registered for a new blog in your video. It looks like there is no such domain registered?!
Perhaps I didnt get domain name right. Just wondering..
